Delivery & Professional Setup

For bookings with C3 delivery, setup and pack-down services, the standard hire period is up to 24 hours. Installation and collection times will be arranged according to your venue’s requirements.

Self-Collection / Dry Hire

We understand that weddings often finish late. For self-collection bookings, the hire period may be extended up to 48 hours, allowing more flexibility for next-day returns.

All collection and return times must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to availability, particularly during busy weekends.

Our Hire Collections are offered as designed.

Floral style, colour palette, quantities and key design elements cannot be changed.

Personalised details such as names or selected signage may be customised where specifically stated.

If you would like to change the overall floral direction, colours, structure or design, please enquire about our Custom Wedding Styling service instead.

Yes. Selected add-ons may be available depending on stock and whether we have suitable pieces that complement the original design.

Add-ons are quoted separately and are subject to availability.

Unless otherwise stated, Hire Collection prices are dry hire prices.

You may collect and install the set yourself using the installation information provided.

Alternatively, C3 can provide delivery, professional installation and pack-down for an additional fee.

This cost will depend on the venue, access, timing and installation requirements.

Most of our Hire Collections are designed to be achievable as a self-install.

Each collection will show an estimated setup time, recommended number of people and basic installation requirements.

For larger or more detailed installations, we recommend adding our professional installation service.

Collection and return are by appointment.

Exact collection and return times will be confirmed before your event.

If you expect to be late returning the items, please contact us as early as possible, as late returns may affect the next booking.

A refundable security bond of AUD $500 is required for dry hire bookings, in addition to the hire fee.

The bond is held as security against damage, loss or missing items during the hire period.

All items will be inspected upon return. If everything is returned in satisfactory condition, the security bond will be refunded in full.

In the event of damage or missing items, reasonable repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the bond. Any deductions will be communicated with a breakdown of the costs.

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

We will confirm availability, collection or delivery arrangements, any optional add-ons and the final hire cost before your booking is secured.

5. 05Final DesignThe design can continue to be refined during the planning stage. Once the Final Design has been confirmed, the design is locked and no further design changes can be made.

Yes.

Your design can be refined after booking and throughout the planning process before the Final Design is confirmed.

Once the Final Design has been approved, no further design changes can be made, as florals, materials, quantities and production will already be prepared for your wedding.

Major changes made before Final Design confirmation may also affect the quotation.

Our Custom Wedding Styling service is full service only.

Delivery, professional installation and pack-down are handled by C3 so the final design can be executed as intended.

These requirements will form part of the final proposal and quotation.

Custom Wedding Styling can include the overall colour palette, floral direction, ceremony styling, reception styling, structures, signage and bespoke installations.

The final scope will depend on the selected package, venue, budget and design requirements.

We offer fresh, artificial and hybrid floral styling depending on the design direction, venue, season and budget.

Yes.

For Custom Wedding Styling packages of $4,580 and above, an additional $600 Design & Planning Fee applies.

This covers the creative development, design planning, sourcing, layout refinement and preparation required to create a tailored wedding concept.

We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for popular wedding dates.

Smaller weddings and selected styling projects may sometimes be accommodated with shorter notice, depending on availability.

Yes.

All Custom Wedding Styling projects are full service, with C3 responsible for delivery, installation and pack-down.

Venue access, timing and installation requirements will be considered as part of the quotation.
